Holy shit, y’all, I’ll be so glad when this election is over! My phone has been ringing off the hook, I get these “political surveys” where an automated system asks me shit like, “Is it OK for politicians to give amnesty to terrorists?” and when you say “no”, it tells you how some politician looooves to give amnesty to terrorists and shit like that. Ugh. Die in a fire.
I hardly got anything done today because I could not get off the damn, stupid phone.

i CAME home from work and saw lots of political calls on the caller id. bah humbug. I don’t like any of them.

When the automated calls come in (and I get lots) I just pick up the handset and set it on the desk. If I tie up the line for 5 seconds it might be one less call they could make and I feel I’ve done my duty.

They’re called “push polls”-they push you into a corner to come to a conclusion you might not of if they hadn’t made some absurd suggestion.
I am registered as an independant and so i get double calls. It is so aggravating. I am certainly not going to vote for someone based on the fact that a neighbor wants me to. I feel like it is so invasive. Grrrr.
