Man, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said if I had my own Craftsman style house, I’d be set. Then I was poking around Nashville Is Talking and found a link to this.
Not only is the price *perfect*, it also has everything I want in a house, except it only has one bathroom, however, that could be worked around, to have my very own Craftsman house. Why am I not running out and buying it? It’s in Knoxville. :::cries:::::
So, if you’re looking for a house in the Knoxville area, get this one before I go ahead and buy it anyway and figure out how I can move to K’ville, heh.

There are bountious (is that a word?) many bungalows in Memphis and I really wanted one when I bought there years ago, but they were either not updated or out of my price range. When I moved here, I had some cash, but there’s hardly a bungalow to be found! So I’m in a “Cape Cod” traditional. Bleh.
