My house smells like Heaven must smell. That is, if Heaven is filled with a bunch of meat eaters, haha!
I defrosted a rump roast the other day, and had to use it today before it went bad. I’ve never cooked a roast in the oven before without an oven bag, so I’m scared of how this might turn out. But it smells pretty darn good, anyway. I took some seasonings and rubbed the outside of it with said seasonings, and then mixed red wine and worcestershire sauce and drizzled the sauce over the roast, then I re-seasoned the top…and it smells soooooo good. It should be ready about 6, so come on over if you want some faboo roast!

Droooool. Wow that sounds yummy. I hope you enjoyed. I am off beef for a few days. I am only allowed red me a couple times a week on my diet. What I would give to not eat chicken for more than 24 hours.
